The epicurean civilization is in china " This was the conclusion
of all traveller who had eaten his way around the world after a
few day's stay in china. China is truly worth of this praise. There

of knowlege, there cannot be a better encyclopedia than the world

Beijing cuisine
Beijing cuisine is famous for its great variety of the ingredients
and the way broth is made. With old Dynasty fame, there are lots
of dishes were used serving for the imperial family in the old Dynasty.
If you want to be serviced as an Empor like in the old Dynasty,
then Beihai Fanshan restaurant will be the best choice. Maybe you
already tried Peking Duck some whare but not in Beijing. Please
